Staff is to work with the Corps of Engineers in <br />identifying and developing demonstration salt cedar eradication and control <br />proj ects in Colorado, utilizing 100% federal funding and monitoring proj ect <br />effectiveness. An additional "Whereas" clause is to be added stating; "the <br />state of Colorado is embarking on aggressive nonnative phreatophytes <br />control." Also, in the first Now, Therefore, add at the end of the sentence <br />"and the funding thereof."
