"It looks like we should have a fund
such as Mr, Moses suggested,"

"Would it be more attractive to the
Legislature as a contingency for
interstate litigation?"

"Why don't we try it? Just put in a
contingency and then try to work it
out with the budget committee,"

"Yes, We could put that under personal
services as a contingency fund,"

being taken, the motion was carried unanimously.

"1 would like to make the suggestion that
when you meet with the Appropriations
Committee, there ought to be a meeting
of the Board and take the whole Board to
talk to them,"

"If the Committee will give us the time
and will permit us to do that,"

"1 have a tentative plan in the back of
my mind which I have not thoroughly
thought out and I don't believe it has
to do with the budget particularly, It
may on the other hand, It has to do
with the possibility of getting the
State of Colorado, through special
appropriation, to appropriate funds for
project studies and for cooperation with
the Federal Government for investigation
of potential projects, I do not believe
it would come in this budget and can be
brought up at a later time,"
