<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />addressing high-priority issues, and bring alternative strategies back to the Board for approval at <br />subsequent Board meetings. <br /> <br />Regardless of the strategy chosen, additional funds and manpower will likely be required to <br />properly implement the strategy and address the Subcommittee's concerns. Staff would <br />welcome input from the Board on the need for additional staffing. <br /> <br />Staff Recommendation <br />Staff recommends that the Board make a determination that: <br /> <br />1. The ISF Subcommittee has satisfied the Program Evaluation objective of Goal 3 from <br />the CWCB's Long Range Plan 1994-1999, and <br /> <br />2. The Board's preferred strategy for addressing the ISF Program issues that were <br />identified by the ISF Subcommittee participants is to evaluate the individual issues on <br />a case-by-case basis, under the guidance of the ISF Statutes, the Board's Rules and <br />Regulations, and the Board's procedures, as those individual issues mature within <br />specific topical and/or geographic areas and are brought to the Board and its staff for <br />consideration by interested parties. <br /> <br />1 <br />
