However, the summer instream <br />flow recommendation was reduced to 7.5 cfs (5/1-7/31) based on the water availability analysis. The <br />BLM believes the lower flow recommendation will still preserve the natural environment. <br />. CWCB staffhas conducted a water availability analysis and determined these amounts are available for <br />the Board's appropriation. <br /> <br />e. <br /> <br />.
