Section I-Purpose statement that declares the intent and limitations <br />of the legislation; "Nothing in this Act is intended to:" <br /> <br />a. impair or interfere with the original purposes or obligations of <br />the Fry-Ark Project <br />b. increase diversions of Fry-Ark Project Water <br />c. increase diversions of non-Project Water except as provided for <br />in this legislation <br />d. affect the interpretation or implementation of other congressional <br />authorized water projects <br /> <br />3. Section 2-Feasibility Studies for the Enlargement of Pueblo Reservoir <br />and Turquoise Reservoir <br /> <br />a. funded by the SECWCD through our Enterprise <br />b. fmal authorization of enlargement projects will take separate <br />legislation <br /> <br />4.
