Law, Executive Director <br /> <br />RE: <br /> <br />Director's Report <br /> <br />Small Water Resources Proiects <br /> <br />The 2000 Series A bond issue for Parker WSD ($13.3 million) and Upper Eagle Regional Water Aultlority <br />($10,7 million) was closed on March 8. The all-in interest rate for the 20-year bond issue was 5,91%, <br /> <br />Water Pollution Control Revolvina Fund <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Senate Joint Resolution 2000-003 has been passed by both the Senate and the House of Representatives <br />and the Govemor has signed it. This resolution adds and deletes projects from the project eligibility list. This <br />year 55 projects were added and 30 deleted. The eligibility list now has 183 projects representing a potential <br />financial need of over $500 million, The Town of Gypsum and Three Lakes Water and Sanitation District <br />were added to the resolution in the House Ag Committee, <br /> <br />A bond issue for ltle WPCRF is planned for late May. Borrowers include Parker WSD ($12 million), Snake <br />River WSD ($19 million), Cedaredge ($2,5 million) and Three Lakes WSD ($6.3 million). Direct loans for <br />Columbine WSD ($485,000) and Baca Grande WSD ($800,000) are also anticipated this year. <br /> <br />Drinkina Water Revolvina Fund <br /> <br />Senate Joint Resolution 2000-004 has been passed by both the Senate and House of Representatives and <br />the Govemor has signed it. This resolution also adds and deletes projects from the Drinking Water project <br />eligibility list. This year 31 projects were added and 25 deleted, The eligibility list now has 223 projects <br />representing a potential financial need of over $500 million, <br /> <br />A bond issue for the DWRF is planned for April 18, Borrowers include Limon ($1.8 million), Pueblo ($10.6 <br />million), Fountain Valley Authority ($5.1 million), Westminster ($15 million) and Evergreen Metro ($5,5 <br />million). Direct loans for Sedalia WSD ($326,000) and Springfield ($425,000) are also anticipated this year. <br /> <br />Animas-La Plata Proiect <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />At the January meeting, ltle Board of Directors briefly reviewed a draft report evaluating the costs to develop <br />5,230 acre-feet of depletable supply allocated to the State of Colorado from the ALP Project. The draft <br />report will be finalized once comments have been received and reviewed. <br />
