<br />. <br /> <br />Consenl Agenda Item l.g <br />Case No. 5-05CWI89; Application of Roll International Corporation, Inc. <br /> <br />Application Summary <br /> <br />This is an application for a conditional storage water right for the RIC Pond, a ground water <br />right for Pine Lake, an appropriative right of substitution and exchange for contracted waler <br />from the Basalt Water Conservancy District, and a change of water right for the RIC Pump <br />and Pipeline near Aspen. Applicant seeks to increase the number of irrigated acres <br />currently irrigated by the RIC Pump and Pipeline from 2 acres to 8.8 acres. The <br />Applicant's proposed appropriative right of substitution and exchange has the potential to <br />injure the Board's instream flow water rights on the Roaring Fork River to the extent that it <br />involves out-of-priority diversions from the RIC Pump and Pipeline or Pine Lake. <br /> <br />Other Obiectors <br />The City of Aspen and the Twin Lakes Reservoir and Canal Company also filed <br />statements of opposition to this application. <br /> <br />. <br />
