The Finance Committee <br />reviewed all Construction Fund non-reimbursable investment applicaIions on <br />November 14, 2005, and made the following recommendations following the <br />review guidelines established under Financial Policy #13 - Target Grow1h Ra1es <br />for the Equity of the Construction Fund and Severance Tax Trust Fund Perpetual <br />Base Account and #14 - Approval and Prioritization of Construction Fund <br />Applications for Non-Reimbursable Project Investments.
