The Contract Status Report is attached showing the list of contracts <br />completed since July 1, 1998, the beginning of the current fiscal year, the status of <br />contracts in process, and the projects awaiting contracts. <br /> <br />CONTRACTS COMPLETED. A total of 7 contracts have been completed this fiscal year <br />with a total value of $8 million. <br /> <br />1. . Buffalo Mutual Ditch Co. - Amend increase loan amount <br /> <br />2. Eagle Park Reservoir Company - Purchase Eagle Res. <br /> <br />3. Farmers Pawnee Canal Co. - Rehab diversion structure <br /> <br />4. Hawkeye Lateral Ditch Co. - Amend final loan amount <br /> <br />5. Lyons, Town of - Amend for parity and final loan amount <br /> <br />6. Preisser, Rodney - Purchase Horsecreek Aug. Water. <br /> <br />7. South Platte Lower River Group - Grant <br /> <br />CONTRACTS IN PROCESS. The status of 12 contracts-in-process for $11 million is listed <br />below and on the attached report: <br /> <br />1. Boulder Left Hand Ditch Company, a loan from the small project loan account in the <br />amount of $50,000 as approved by the Board at its March 10, 1998 meeting. The <br />Attorney General's Office started drafting the contract on April 16, 1998. <br /> <br />2. Chatfield South Water District, a loan authorized by HB98-1189 in the amount of <br />$500,000 to purchase water rights.
