Based <br />on water availability, the winter flow was further reduced to 18 cfs from November 15th to <br />th <br />February 14 . <br /> <br />Precipitation Data <br />Staff reviewed a local precipitation data set from I site located around the Coal Creek Drainage <br />(see Precipitation Data in Appendix C). Table 3 shows the water year and the percent of average <br />precipitation recorded at each site.
