Case No. 5-04CW239, Cotton Ranch Metropolitan District and Cotton Ranch Golf Club, Inc. <br /> <br />Application Summary <br /> <br />This is an application for storage water rights and approval of a plan for augmentation, including <br />conditional appropriative rights of exchange near the Town of Gypsum in Eagle County. <br />Applicants seek storage rights for a number of ponds located within the Cotton Ranch PUD and on <br />a golf course. Applicants seek to replace irrigation and evaporative depletions under a plan for <br />augmentation that includes water associated with certain junior water rights, leased consumptive <br />use credits and contracted water from the Colorado River Water Conservation District (Wolford <br />Mountain and Ruedi Reservoirs).
