<br />. <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />water resources, including, withoul limiting the generality of the foregoing, facilities for water supply and treatment, <br /> <br />facilities for streamflow improvement, dams, reservoirs, and other impoundments, water lransmission lines, SEWERAGE <br /> <br />FACILITIES, water wells and well fields, pumping stations and works for underground water recharge, stream-monitoring <br /> <br /> <br />systems, facilities for the stabilization of stream and river banks. <br /> <br /> <br />SECTION 20 37-95-107.6 (4) (c), Colorado Revised Statutes, is amended, and the said 37-95-107.6 (4) is further <br /> <br /> <br />amended BY THE ADDITION OF A NEW PARAGRAPH, to read: <br /> <br /> <br />37-95-107.6. Creation and administration of water pollution control revolving fund. (4) (c) No funds may <br /> <br /> <br />be expended from the water pollution control revolving fund or bonds issued by the authority pursuant to subsection (6) of <br /> <br /> <br />this section for any wastewater treatment system project unless the wastewater treatment system project is on the project <br /> <br /> <br />eligibility list approved by the general assembly OR IS AN EMERGENCY PROIECT IN ACCORDANCE WITII PARAGRAPH (d) OF <br /> <br /> <br />TIIIS SUBSECTION (4). Financial assistance for a project pursuant to this section may be provided regardless of the rank of <br /> <br /> <br />such project on the eligibility list. <br /> <br /> <br />(d) THE COLORADO WATER QUALITY CONTROL COMMISSION MAY AMEND TIIE PROJECT ELlGIDILlTY LIST AT ANY <br /> <br /> <br />TIME, IN ACCORDANCE WITII ITS REGULAR PROCEDURES, TO INCLUDE WASTEWATER TREATMENT SYSTEM PROJECTS TIIAT <br /> <br />IT DETERMINES AND DECLARES TO BE EMERGENCY PROJECTS NEEDED TO PREVENT OR ADDRESS THREATS TO TIIE PUBLIC <br />HEALTH OR ENVIRONMENT. No LATER THAN JANUARY 15 OF EACH YEAR, TIIE AUTIIORITY SHALL PROVIDE TO TIIE <br />GENERAL ASSEMBLY A LISTING OF ALL EMBRGENCY PROJECTS FOR WHICH MONEYS FROM TIIE w ATERPOLLUTION CON1ROL <br />REVOLVING FUND HAVE BEEN EXPENDED IN TIIE PRECEDING CALENDAR YEAR. <br />SECTION 30 37-95-107.6, Colorado Revised Statutes, is amended BY THE ADDITION OF A NEW <br />SUBSECTION to read: <br /> <br />37-95-107.6, Creation and administration of water pollution control revolving fund. (10) THE AUTIIORITY <br /> <br />MAY, ACTING IN ITS DISCRETION AND WITH THE APPROVAL OF TIIE GOVERNOR, TRANSFER MONEYS FROM TIIE WATER <br />POLLUTION CONTROL REVOLVING FUND TO TIIE DRlNKlNG WATER REVOLVING FUND CREATED AND ADMINISTERED <br />PURSUANT TO SECTION 37-95-107.8, IF TIIE 1RANSFER OF SUCH MONEYS IS PERMITIED BY APPLICABLE FEDERAL LAW AND <br />TIIE TERMS OF ANY AGREEMENT BETWEEN TIIE STATE AND THE UNITED STATES RELATING TO TIIE WATER POLLUTION <br /> <br />CONTROL REVOLVING FUND. <br />SECTION 40 37-95-107.8 (4) (c), Colorado Revised Statutes, is amended, and the said 37-95-107.8 (4) is further <br />.' amended BY THE ADDITION OF A NEW PARAGRAPH, to read: <br />37-95-107.8.
