The <br />meeting was called to order by Chairman Don Schwindt. Nine voting <br />members were present at the call to order so a quorum was present (at least six <br />required). Board members present were Greg Walcher, David Smith, Bob <br />Burr, Greg Hoskin, Keith Catlin, Ray Wright, Eric Wilkinson, Harold Miskel <br />and CWCB Director Rod Kuharich.
