UL <br /> <br />July 6, 1998 <br /> <br />Agenda Item 20(d), May 11-12, 1998, Board Meeting <br />Water Project Construction Loan Program <br />Contract Processing Status Report <br /> <br />DATE: <br /> <br />SUBJECT: <br /> <br />INTRODUCTION, A Contract Status Report is attached showing the list of contracts completed <br />during the past fiscal year, July 1, 1997 through June 30, 1998, the status of contracts in <br />process, and the projects awaiting contracts as of July 1, 1998. <br /> <br />CONTRACTS COMPLETED, A total of 34 contracts have been completed this fiscal year with a <br />total value of $6,8 million, Since the May board meeting, 1 contract and 5 amendments <br />shown below, were completed, <br /> <br />1, Bravo Ditch Co, - Amend final loan amount $ 0 <br /> <br />2, Consolidated Extension Canal Co, - Amend final loan amount 0 <br /> <br />3, Excelsior Irrigating Company - Rehab ditch 230,000 <br /> <br />4. Hudson - Amend final loan amount 0 <br /> <br />5. Overland Ditch & Res, Co, - Amend for 2 payment deferment 0 <br /> <br />6, Trinchera Irrigation Co, - Amend final loan amount 0 <br /> <br />CONTRACTS IN PROCESS. The status of 14 contracts-in-process for $10,2 million is listed <br />below and on the attached report: <br /> <br />1, Boulder Left Hand Ditch Company, a loan from the small project loan account in the <br />amount of $50,000 as approved by the Board at its March 10, 1998 meeting, The <br />Attorney General's Office started drafting the contract on April 16, 1998. <br /> <br />2, Buffalo Mutual Irrigation Company, an amendment to increase the loan amount to <br />$382,250 in accordance with the Board action at the November 1997 meeting, The <br />contract was forwarded to the Controller for final review and approval on June 22, <br />1998, <br /> <br />3, Eagle Park Reservoir Company, a loan for $7,492,520 to purchase the Eagle Park <br />Reservoir. The contract was provided to the borrower for review on June 15, 1998, <br />
