The reservoir is owned and operated by the Jackson Lake
Reservoir and Irrigation Company. The land underlying the reservoir is owned by Parks.

In November 1993, the Company submitted a feasibility study by Smith Geotechnical of
Fort Collins for the Jackson Lake Dam rehabilitation project.
