Deletes the Denver representative. Increases the number of <br />appointees to the Colorado water conservation board who can be members <br />of the same political party from 5 to 8. <br /> <br />Shading denotes HOUSE amendment. Double underlining denotes SENATE amendment. <br />Capital letters indicate new material to be added to existing statute. <br />Dashes through the words indicate deletions from existing statute. <br />
