The Applicant seeks: I) an increased diversion rate for Well No.9, decreed in <br />Case No. 90CW138; 2) a new location for Well No. II, established in Case No. <br />90CW138; 3) an alternate point of diversion at Well No. 13; and, 4) inclusion of Well No. <br />13 as an augmented structure approved in Case No. 90CW138. (see attached map).
