<br />Agenda Item 6i <br />Case No. 4-98CW214; Silver Mountain Industries, Inc. <br /> <br />Aoolication Summary <br /> <br />This is an application for a plan for augmentation, groundwater, surface and storage water rights <br />on Bilk Creek and the San Miguel River near the Town of Telluride in San Miguel County (see <br />attached map). Applicant seeks to augment out-of-priority depletions associated with the Bilk <br />Creek Wells Nos. 1 through 11 and Silver Mountain Valley Parcel Well No. 1 with releases from <br />Bilk Creek Pond. Applicant proposes to fill Bilk Creek Pond using water from either the Bilk <br />Creek Spring or the Bilk Creek Ditch and Pipeline.
