The Applicant seeks to divert a nwnber of its <br />water rights on Squaw Creek, Lake Creek, West Lake Creek, Stag Gulch, Brush Creek, the Blue <br />River, and the Eagle River at an alternate point of diversion located upstream on the Eagle River <br />(the Edwards Water Facility). The Applicant does not seek any change in the decreed type of use or <br />decreed place of use.
