The cash costs 10 the State of Colorado are estimated at between <br />$40,000 and $50,000 depending on certain contingencies. Funds for data collection will be needed by <br />October 1, 2001. Data analysis can begin as soon as funds are available, but to ensure timely completion of . <br />a final supplemental report should be available by October 2001 aiso. This expenditure will be non- <br />reimbursable, and funds will be provided to the State Engineer as needed for non.federal cost-sharing as <br />determined In actual cooperative agreements (joint funding agreements or JFA's) to be entered Into with the <br />USGS.
