So if there's only five in there a lot <br /> <br />of the water users aren't going to get it either. If <br /> <br />there's only five feet in that creek the senior water users <br /> <br /> <br />are going to take it off the top, right? <br /> <br /> <br />MR. MEYRING: In Arapaho Creek, which I divert <br /> <br /> <br />quite a large ownership in that creek, and it just isn't <br /> <br /> <br />there. <br /> <br />MR. VANDEMOER: Okay. My point is if it isn't <br /> <br />there -- <br /> <br />MR. MEYRING: <br />MR. VANDEMOER: <br /> <br />Why do you want it? <br />We've had that question come up for <br /> <br />five years, whenever this thing started. Because if it's <br /> <br />there, if it is there and if it's above your legal rights, <br /> <br />then the State wants it for the fish releases, if it's there <br /> <br />above your rights. <br />
