The reservoir is loc<lted about 28 miles
northeast of Craig and is filled by Fourmile Creek, a tributary to the Yampa River. A slide
occurred on the upstream slope of the dam in summer 2000, and the reservoir was emptied for
repairs. Work needs to be completed in fall-winter 2001 to allow storage for the 2002 irrigation
season, The reservoir has a capacity of 250 13c-ft. The John Peroulis & Sons Partnership is a
general partnership registered in the State of Colorado. Northwest Coiorado Consultants has
completed preliminary plans and specifications for the project and the feasibility study.
Proposed funding for the project consists of <l CWCS Small Project Loan for $100,000 and a
$5,000 CWCS grant for the feasibility study,

.

Location Map

5
