Since this time, the Division Engineer and <br />CWCB Staffs discussed modifications to the time periods for these instream flow <br />appropriations. These streams are located on the Uncompahgre Plateau and after further <br />review, the Division Engineer recommended that the instream flow time periods should <br />be modified to better reflect the hydrographs for streams in this area. The CWCB and the <br />BLM Staffs agree with this recommendation, and after reviewing all the available <br />information, believe that the natural environment will be preserved to a reasonable degree <br />by the water available for the recommended appropriations for these particular streams. <br />The table below provides a list of the streams with the modified time periods. Attached <br />are more detailed descriptions of the in stream flow appropriations. <br /> <br />1 <br />
