Should previously undiscovered <br />cultural resources be found or unearthed during construction, work would be stopped in the <br />immediate vicinity of the find, a determination of significance made, and a mitigation plan would <br />be formulated in consultation as noted above. Some sites may be temporarily fenced for protection <br />of the site during construction, and monitoring of construction activities in the vicinity of sensitive <br />cultural resources by a qualified archaeologist would be conducted as necessary. <br /> <br />d.
