shown on Sheet 12 of the said report;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Colorado Water
conservation Board in regular meeting assembled in Denver, Colorado,
this 17th day of March, 1980, that it does hereby rescind the 100-
year floodplain designation for the south Fork of Lee Gulch as
shown on Sheet 12 of the said report; and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Secretary Of the Board
is directea to send a certified copy of this resolution to the
city of Littleton, the Board of county commissioners of Arapahoe
county, the Urban Drainage and Flood control District, and the
Federal Insurance Administration.
