<br />WHEREAS. the staff of the Board has reviewed said new <br />report and does hereby recommend to the Colorado Water Conservation <br />Board that the Board designate and approve as floodplain areas <br />those areas inundated by a lOa-year flood (intermediate regional <br />flood) as described by the floodwater surface elevations and profiles <br />in said new report and further ~ecommends that the floodplain <br />designation for those portions of the Blue River. Illinois Gulch, <br />Lehman Gulch, and Sawmill Gulch located within the corporate limits <br />of the Town of Breckenridge on said date as approved by Floodplain <br />Resolution Number 48, adopted January 14, 1976, be rescinded; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Colorado Water <br />Conservation Board in regular meeting assembled in Denver, ColoradO, <br />this 17th day of March,. 1980, that it does hereby designate and <br />approve as floodplain areas thOse areas described as being inundated <br />by a lOa-year flood as described by the floodwater surface eleva- <br />tions and profiles in said new ~eport and does hereby rescind the <br />resolution adopted January 14, 1978, pertaining to the study streams <br />within the corporate limits of the Town of Breckenridge on said date; <br />and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVEb that the secretary of the Board <br />is directed to send a certified copy of this resolution to the <br />Town of Breckenridge, the Board of County Commissioners of Summit <br />County, and the Federal Insurance Administration. <br /> <br />C ~ R T ~ F ~ C A ~ E <br /> <br />I certify that the foregoing is a true and correct copy <br />of a resolution adopted by a majority vote of the members of the <br />Colorado Water conservation Board in regular session assembled at <br />Denver, Colorado, on the 17th day of March, 1980, at which a quorum <br />was present. <br /> <br />J.
