<br />WHEREAS, the staff of the Board has reviewed said <br />revised information and data and does hereby recommend to the <br />Colorado Water Conservation Board that the Board designate and <br />approve as floodplain areas those areas inundated by a 100-year <br />flood (intermediate regional flood) as described by the floodwater <br />surface elevations and profiles in said new report, and further <br />recommends that the flOOdplain designation for Bear Creek, as <br />approved by the resolution adopted January 18, 1973, be resci~ded: <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Colorado Water <br />Conservation Board in regular meeting assembled in Denver, Colorado, <br />this 17th day of March, 1980, that it does hereby designate and <br />approve as floodplain areas thOse areas described as being inun- <br />dated by a laO-year flood as described by the floodwater surface <br />elevations and profiles in said new report for Bear Creek and does <br />hereby rescind the resolution dated January 18, 1973: and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Secretary of the Board <br />is directed to send a certified copy of this resolution to the <br />city and County of Denver, the City of Sheridan, the city of <br />Lakewood, The Board of county COmmissioners of Jefferson county, <br />the Urban Drainage and Flood control District, the United States <br />Army Corps of Engineers: and the Federal .Insurance Administration. <br /> <br />C E R T I F I CAT E <br /> <br />I certify that the fOregoing is a true and correct copy <br />of a resolution adopted by a majority vote of the members of the <br />Colorado Water Conservation Board in regular session assembled at <br />Denver, COloradO, on the 17th day of March, 1980, at which a quorum <br />was present. <br /> <br />J.
