<br />" <br /> <br />A <br />v <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />- 5 - <br /> <br />Action: <br /> <br />A motion was made by Eric Wilkinson with a second by Don Schwindt for approval of staff <br />recommendation for a 20' permanent non-exclusive easement and a 40' floating construction <br />easement for the Roxborough Park Metropolitan District Water Regionalization Project, in <br />Littleton and Englewood, Colorado on CWCB right-of-way under Method III fee <br />considerations, which shall include a $50,000 fee, and other considerations. Staff is to <br />prepare the necessary easement documents and the Director to execute said documents. The <br />grantee shall implement a safety construction program, special engineering designs for <br />existing project features in the CWCB ROW, and replace and reclaim all existing project <br />features and landscapes. <br />Motion was approved 8-0. Bob Burr and John Redifer were not present. <br /> <br />21. Flood Protection - A formal Presentation by Staff introdu'ced the Draft Rules entitled "Colorado <br />Water Conservation Board - Rules and Regulations for Regulatory Floodplains in Colorado". A <br />. copy of the Draft can be obtained for review. <br />Tape 2, Track 1 1:04:30 -1:48:30 <br />Action: A motion was made by Tom Sharp with a second by Keith Catlin for staff recommendation <br />for a Rulemaking Hearing to be scheduled for September, 2005. <br />Motion was approved 7-0.
