Staff is to <br />prepare the necessary easement documents and the Director to execute said documents. The <br />grantee shall implement a safety construction program, special engineering designs for <br />existing project features in the CWCB ROW, and replace and reclaim all existing project <br />features and landscapes. <br />Motion was approved 8-0. Flood Protection - A formal Presentation by Staff introdu'ced the Draft Rules entitled "Colorado <br />Water Conservation Board - Rules and Regulations for Regulatory Floodplains in Colorado".
