Re: Intent to Appropriate ISF Water Right on Arkansas River

Ladies and Gentlemen:

On behalf of the City of Pueblo, I am requesting party status in the above referenced proceeding
for an instream flow water right on two segments of the Arkansas River in the Vicinity of the
Reach from Pueblo Reservoir to the confluence of the Arkansas River and Fountain Creek. In
compliance with Rule 5.1.(1) of the Instream Flow rules, Pueblo adopts the materials in support
of Agenda Item 26 of the May 16-17 meeting of the Colorado Water Conservation Board, a copy
of which is enclosed herewith.
