A motion <br />was made by Don Schwindt to declare the Board's intent to appropriate the <br />recommended instream flows with the modifications recommended by staff, <br />including amended language on Issues 1,2,3,and 4 of the memo titled <br />"Language for Inclusion in Decrees for Proposed 2002 San Miguel River <br />Instream Flow Water Right Appropriations" and that Horsefly Creek be <br />omitted from this list at this time, The motion was seconded by Ray Wright <br />and approved (8-0), <br /> <br />II.
