Vivian came into the meeting and Direot-or Stone went <br />over the various items on the agenda, explaining what action had been taken <br />by the Board, partioular1y pointing out the action with.respeot to the as~ <br />sistanoe to the State Planning CommiSsion in the preparation a.nd oompletion <br />of land use maps, and with respect to the payment of lI.IIlemrl;s a.bove mentioned <br />to speoial counsel in the Arkansas Valley and North Platte interstate cases, <br />and the employment of special oounsel. <br /> <br />
