By February 1 of each year, the District shall provide the Board with an <br />accounting of all releases made during the previous calendar year. <br /> <br />7. The Board shall not be responsible for the storage of water in, or for the <br />operation or maintenance of, Wolford Mountain or Ruedi reservoirs or any other <br />facilities which are physical sources of the Water. <br /> <br />8. The Water shall be used by the Board for instream flows in the 15-Mile Reach <br />to preserve the natural environment to a reasonable degree. The Board will use <br />the Water only for such purposes. No lease, sale, loan, donation, or any other <br />disposal of the Water is permitted, and the Board shall not compromise, <br />subjugate, or in any manner encumber 1he Water. <br /> <br />9. The Board may, but is not obliged by this Agreement to, incorporate the Water <br />into a judicially approved plan for augmentation of other Board rights acquired <br />or appropriated for preservation of the natural environment in the 15-Mile <br />Reach. The District shall have the right to review and approve of any application <br />for such a plan before i1 is filed in the Water Court, and the District's approval <br />shall not be unreasonably withheld. <br /> <br />C. <br /> <br />Miscellaneous. <br /> <br />I. Term. The term of this Agreement shall be coterminous with that of the MOU, <br />and this Agreement shall terminate upon the termination of the MOU; provided, <br />that any extension of the term of the MOU by the River District shall bind the <br />District only upon separate action by its governing body. <br /> <br />2. Cancellation. The District may cancel this Agreement by giving the Board <br />written notice of cancellation (a) if 1he Service or Districl terminate the MOU <br />pursuant to its provisions, or (b) if the State Engineer or Division Engineer fail <br />or refuse to deliver the Water for the Board's use as contemplated in this <br />Agreement. <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />Notices. Any notice, demand, or request authorized or required under or <br />pursuant to this Agreement shall be deemed 10 have been given when mailed, <br />postage prepaid, or hand-delivered to the parties at the following addresses: <br /> <br />COLORADO RIVER WATER CONSERVATION DISTRICT <br />P.
