On February 28,2005 we filed a Statement <br />of Opposition in Support of the United States application, on behalf of the Colorado Water <br />Conservation Board and the State Engineer's Office. The other parties who filed statements <br />of opposition are: <br />· Supporting the application - Rio Grande Water Conservation District (Hill & Robbins); <br />Rio Grande Water Users Association (Carlson, Hammond & Paddock); Conejos Water <br />Conservancy District (Moses, Wittemyer, Harrison and Woodruff); The Nature <br />Conservancy. <br />. Opposing the application - San Luis Valley Water Co (Hale Friesen); Partnership for the <br />West (Hale Friesen); Baca Grande Water & Sanitation District (Erich Schwiesow); James <br />Beck (Felt, Monson & Culichia); John Mattingly (Pro Se); Cotton Creek Circles (Porzak <br />Browning & Bushong); Farming Technology (White & Jankowski). <br /> <br />7 <br />
