Water Project Construction Loan Program - Changes in Existing Loans - DeWeese- <br />Dye Ditch and Reservoir Co. - DeWeese-Dye Reservoir Rehabilitation <br />Tape 1, Start/Stop: 6672 - 7099 <br />Tape 2, Start/Stop: 0001 - 0113 <br />Action: A motion was made by Patricia Wells that the Board approve the staff <br />recommendation to increase the DeWeese-Dye Ditch and Reservoir <br />Company's original 1998 loan, with no change in the project scope, in the <br />amount of $256,261 for a total loan amount of $990,261, under the <br />following conditions: 1) that the terms of the additional loan amount <br />would be at the original adopted 1998 terms of 4% for 30 years, with a <br />loan of up to 90% of the total project cost; 2) the loan increase shall be <br />contingent upon the Company increasing its assessments at its next annual <br />stockholder's meeting (if the anticipated Division of Wildlife funding has <br />not been secured by that date); 3) the loan increase shall be contingent <br />upon the Company applying all anticipated Division of Wildlife funding <br />to the project cost; and 4) the loan increase shall be contingent upon all <br />standard contracting provisions of the CWCB including any increased <br />collateral requirements. The motion was seconded by Harold Miskel and <br />approved unanimously (9-0). <br /> <br />9b. Water Project Construction Loan Program - Changes in Existing Loans - Red Mesa <br />Ward Reservoir and Ditch Company - Red Mesa Reservoir Rehabilitation <br />Tape 2, Start/Stop: 0113 - 0670 <br />Action: After discussion, it was decided that this item would be tabled and brought <br />back to the November 1999 meeting so that staff might confer further with <br />the borrower and further details on the feasibility study and the proposed <br />project, as well as possible reauthorization, may be gathered. <br /> <br />9c.
