The <br />, ... <br />Board's main objective in filing.a statement of opposition in this case was to assure that the Applicant _ <br />replaced its depletions in the same time, place, and amoutit at which they occur. At times when the CWCB's instream flow water right on North Turkey Creek is not being <br />satisfied, Applicant will curtail its junior diversilms or provide water in an amount equal to the <br />depletions, in the same time and location where Ihose depletions impact the river system. <br />. The Applicant also has agreed to install, maintaip, and monitor such measuring devices as may <br />be required by the State and Division engineer to administer the terms ofthe decree. <br /> <br />(4) Case No. 4-02CW1l8; Lake City Ranches <br /> <br />The Board ratified the statement of opposition filed in this case at its March 2002 meeting.
