<br />:l, <br /> <br />Staff fmdings: The subject Floodplain Information Report for the City of Orchard City contains the most <br />current floodplain information (approximate 100-year floodplain delineations) for the City. CWCB staff <br />has determined that the subject floodplain information report for Orchard City is in conformance with the <br />CWCB's rules and regulations for floodplain designation and approval. <br />Staff recommendation: Staff recommends that the Board: I) designate and approve the 100-year <br />floodplain information contained in said report for the City of Orchard City, and 2) authorize staff to <br />prepare a floodplain resolution to be signed by the Director and transmitted to the City of Orchard City, <br />Delta County, and FEMA. This action is recommended in order to meet statutory requirements. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />STAFF RECOMMENDATION SUMMARY <br />Resolution Number 04-574: <br />Staff recommends that the Board: I) designate and approve the 100-year detailed floodplain information <br />contained in said report within Jefferson County and the Town of Arvada, and 2) authorize staff to <br />prepare a floodplain resolution to be signed by the Director and transmitted to the affected communities, <br />the UD&FCD, and to FEMA. This action is recommended in order to meet statutory requirements. <br /> <br />Resolution Number 04-575: <br />Staff recommends that the Board: 1) designate and approve the 100-year detailed floodplain information <br />contained in said report within Douglas County, and 2) authorize staff to prepare a floodplain resolution <br />to be signed by the Director and transmitted to the UD&FCD, the affected communities, and to FEMA. <br />This action is recommended in order to meet statutory requirements. <br /> <br />Resolution Number 04-576: <br />Staff recommends that the Board: I) designate and approve the lOa-year detailed and approximate . <br />floodplain information contained in said report for the City of Blackhawk, and 2) authorize staff to <br />prepare a floodplain resolution to be signed by the Director and transmitted to the City of Blackhawk, <br />Gilpin County, and FEMA. This action is recommended in order to meet statutory requirements. <br /> <br />Resolution Number 04-577: <br />Staff recommends that the Board: 1) designate and approve the lOa-year floodplain information contained <br />in said report for the Town of Man as sa, 2) rescind the approximate Zone A floodplain currently shown on <br />the Flood Insurance Rate Map dated February 19, 1986, and 3) authorize staff to prepare a floodplain <br />resolution to be signed by the Director and transmitted to the Town of Manassa, Conejos County, and <br />FEMA. This action is recommended in order to meet statutory requirements. <br /> <br />Resolution Number 04-578: <br />Staff recommends that the Board: I) designate and approve the IOO-year floodplain information contained <br />in said report for the City of Orchard City, and 2) authorize staff to prepare a floodplain resolution to be <br />signed by the Director and transmitted to the City of Orchard City, Delta County, and FEMA.
