The staff activities will initially be focused on data collection, interpretation, analysis for model improvement and the development of rules for the timely
collection of accurate data and infonnation. Upon completion of the Rules a portion of the staffs activities will shift toward enforcement of the Rules.
Much of the staff will continue collection, verification, evaluation, analysis and model improvement. The PE III position activities will migrate from
Rule development to enforcement of the Rules along with continued oversight of field activities and coordination of data collection, analysis and evalua
They will also continue model improvements, development of alluvial and surface relationship associated with groundwater pumping depletion and
surface drainage influence, integration of refined technical parameters. data and code compatibility with other existing relational databases and model
including compatibility with future Decision Support Systems. Additional AG staff time may be needed starting in year 3, depending upon the amount
