<br />Consent Agenda Item l.d <br />Case No. 7-05CW015; United States of America <br /> <br />Application Summary <br /> <br />This is an application to change the point of diversion for Murray Ditch near Pagosa Springs. <br />Applicant seeks approval of a change in point of diversion from a point on the Rio Blanco to six <br />alternate points of diversion on streams tributary to the Rio Blanco that the Murray Ditch historically <br />intercepted. Applicant does not seek to change the place or type of use (irrigation and domestic). <br /> <br />CWCB Appropriations <br /> <br />The Board holds the following instream flow water rights that may be injured by this application: <br /> <br />CWCB Case Stream/Lake Amount Approp.
