The meeting was called to order by Vice-Chair-
man Moses at 10:15 A. M.

Dear Dean Crawford:

I am sorry that previous commitments prohibit me
from attending the meeting of the Board scheduled to be held
on February 14, 1958. I, therefore, respectfully submit to
the Board for their acceptance according to the practice here-
tofore observed the following proxy:

I, Benjamin F. Stapleton, Jr., being a duly appointed
member of the Colorado Water Conservation Board, do hereby
appoint the Honorable Teller Ammons of Denver, Colorado, as
my proxy and representative at the February 14, 1958 meeting
or any continuation or adjourned meeting thereof, to be held
in Denver, Colorado. I do hereby confer on Mr. Ammons any
and all authority vested in me to act in my behalf on any
matter that is brought before the Board for action and to
institute in my behalf any action he may deem advisable.
