The SWSI team will provide a timeline of activities through the remainder of this fiscal <br />year (June 30, 2005) and an initial outline of the priorities associated with the two mission <br />statements from Section 11 of the SWSI report, These two mission statements were adopted by the <br />Board at the January meeting, and involve the 80 percent "solution" for future water needs and the <br />20 percent "gap". <br /> <br />The presentation will include initial feedback from Basin Roundtable Number 5. As of the date of <br />the CWCB meeting all Roundtable meeting will not yet be completed but initial feedback will be <br />available from the San JuanlDolores/San Miguel, Rio Grande, Gunnison, and Colorado. <br /> <br />The Board will also be updated as to the status ofreconvening the SWSI Steering Committee. <br /> <br />Finally, an update will be provided regarding the upcoming U.S. Senate Energy and Natural <br />Resources Subcommittee's April 5, 2005 Water Conference and possible Colorado participation <br />therein. <br /> <br />Staff Recommendation <br /> <br />No recommendation at this time.
