BASIS FOR INSTREAM FLOW RECOMMENDATION

· The BLM documented that a natural environment is present in the fonn ofa brook trout fishery.
· Based on the BLM's biological recomniendation, flows of 1.5 cfs, summer, and 0.75 cfs,Winter, are
necessary to preserve the natural environment to a reasonable degree.
e · CWCB staff has conducted a water availability analysis and determined these amounts areav8ilable for
