<br />Agenda Item 6n <br />Case No. 5-98CW204; Eagle River Water and Sanitation District <br /> <br />Application Surnml1fY <br /> <br />This is an application for a plan for augmentation and exchange on the Eagle River and Gore <br />Creek near the Town of West Vail in Eagle and Summit Counties (see attached map). Applicant <br />seeks approval of a plan to augment out of priority depletions resulting from diversions at the <br />following structures: MetcalfHeadgate, Raw Water Booster Pump Headgate, Bighorn Gore <br />Valley Pumphouse, Wells Rl, R2, R4, R6, R7, Vail Village West Well Nos. 6-8 and Vail <br />Associates Gore Creek Snowmaking Diversion Point B. These structures are limited to 330 acre-_ <br />feet of consumptive.use water per year at a combined-diversion rate of 15 cfs or less.
