attorney for a discussion of proposed revisions to the Arapahoe Roosevelt
National Forest Management Plan. Approved 10-0.
Action: A motion was made by Greg Hoskin with a second by Keith Catlin to go into
Executive Session to discuss agenda items 6a-i. Approved 10-0.

Action: A motion was made by Greg Walcher with a second by Carolyn McIntosh
regarding item 6i Arapahoe Roosevelt National Forest Service Management
Plan, directing legal counsel to verbally notify the National Forest Service
followed by a written notification and eventually legal action if necessary, that
the State views the Forest Service's action as a blatant violation of the
Administrative Procedures Act as well as the National Environmental Policy
Act, and that the Forest Service must withdraw it's proposal, and if it seeks to
amend the Forest Management Plan that it do so in a correct and legal manner.
Approved 10-0.
