<br />^i:, all necessary expenses of the Board be ta.ken care of, particularly court costs and
<br />,"':"traveling and other expenses in pending interstate cases, including court trans-
<br />cripts, fees of special masters, etc., as covered in the Attorney General's re~ort.

<br />Mr. Hinderlider suggested the printing of the State Engineer's Biennial Report
<br />for the calendar years 1935 and 1936, at an estillletec cost of.$1200.00, whereupon
<br />was moved by i~r. Dille, duly seconded and carried, that Attorney Stone re:,;>ort
<br />us et our next meeting his recp~~endation concerning this proposed expenditure.
<br />
<br />Upon motion of Mr. Foster, which motion was duly seconded and carried, Attorney
<br />Stone was authori%ed to employ such additionsl office help snd purchase such"equip-
<br />ment and supplies as he needs.
<br />
<br />Attorney Stone ststed that he had not yet prepared the rules and regulations
<br />requested at the first meeting of the Board, but would have them ready for our
<br />",next meeting.

<br />As to selection of a seal for the Board and any other detail matters necessary
<br />be looked after .in carrying out the objectives of the Board, Attorney Stone was
<br />; .,~nformally directed to proceed according to his best judgment. P~ong the matters

<br />Publicity, to be obtained through personal visits over the state, newspapers;
<br />,Gunnison-Arkansas survey for proposed diversion of water; Austin dam; San Luis
<br />,Valley; Federal legislation; North Fork Valley water; and water users I associations.
