Dille, duly seconded and carried, that Attorney Stone re:,;>ort <br />us et our next meeting his recp~~endation concerning this proposed expenditure. <br /> <br />Upon motion of Mr. Foster, which motion was duly seconded and carried, Attorney <br />Stone was authori%ed to employ such additionsl office help snd purchase such"equip- <br />ment and supplies as he needs. <br /> <br />Attorney Stone ststed that he had not yet prepared the rules and regulations <br />requested at the first meeting of the Board, but would have them ready for our <br />",next meeting. <br /> <br />~ <br />i. <br /> <br />As to selection of a seal for the Board and any other detail matters necessary <br />be looked after .in carrying out the objectives of the Board, Attorney Stone was <br />; .,~nformally directed to proceed according to his best judgment.
