J~Y)I <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />- 3 - <br /> <br />Recommendation <br />Following a review by the AG's Office and CWCB staff for Agenda Item 16, staff recommends that the <br />Board: <br />Approve the District's request for the construction of a path/trail subject to the requirements and <br />conditions of the May 5 1997 contract. and additional conditions set forth in this memorandum <br />within the CWCB right-of-way under Method III fee considerations. The Method III fee <br />consideration for this request is "no charge". Authorize staff to prepare the necessary <br />contract/easement documents and the Director to execute said documents. It should be further <br />recommended that the grantee should replace and reclaim all existing easement/project features. <br />It is further recommended that the District install proper signing for the path/trail system to <br />protect the public safety of project land users, <br /> <br />Flood Protection. Water Project Planning and Financing. Stream and Lake Protection <br />Water Supply Protection. Conservation Planning <br />
