Stanton, P.E. <br />Chief, Project Planning and Construction Section <br /> <br />DATE: <br /> <br />November 20, 1996 <br /> <br />SUBJECT: Agenda Item 7, November 25-26, 1996 Board Meeting- <br />Water Project Construction LOlln Program - <br />Review of Estimate of Funds Available for New Projects in 1997 <br /> <br />Introduction <br /> <br />This financial information is for your use in evaluating the availability of funds from the <br />Construction Fund for loans to finance future water projects and for other non-reimbursable <br />expenses. <br /> <br />Background <br /> <br />At the September 1996 meeting in Alamosa, I provided the Board with preliminary financial <br />information for the CWCB Construction Fund (Fund 424) and the CWCB Administrative Fund <br />(Fund 100) based on the closing reports for the fiscal year ended June 30, 1996. I also mentioned <br />a new source of funds for water project loans available from the Severance Tax Trust Fund. <br /> <br />CWCB Construction Fund <br /> <br />Based on our updated Long-Term Financial Projection, we now project total cash revenue <br />to the Construction Fund of approximately $12.4 million in 1997 (see attached fmancial statement). <br /> <br />1 <br />
