The next meeting of the technical workqroup is scheduled for <br />November 20, 1996. Dick Stenzel's task force has not met as <br />yet. However, stenzel recently circulated a memo concerning <br />DWR and now relationships under the February, 1993 MOU <br />clarifying expectations of his staff (copy attached).
