November 25.1996 <br /> <br />Call to Order <br /> <br />8:09 a.m. <br /> <br />A regular meeting of the Colorado Water Conservation Board was held in Room 318, <br />1313 Sherman Street, Denver, Colorado 80203. The meeting was called to order at 8:09 <br />a.m. on Monday, November 25, 1996, by Chairperson Eric Kuhn. Ten voting members <br />were present so there was a quorum (at least six required). Board members present were <br />Eric Kuhn, Patricia Wells, David Harrison, David Smith, Ray Werner, Allen Davey, <br />Janice Sheftel, David Meyring, Alan Hamel, Jim Lochhead, Lee Miller (representing the <br />Attorney General), Hal Simpson, Eddie Kochman (representing the Division of Wildlife) <br />and Chuck Lile.2 <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />Approval of Agenda <br />Tape 1, Start/Stop: 0001 - 0204 <br />Action: Added items were noticed in two separate notices for this meeting. <br />Deletions to this agenda included II b, 121, 12m, 12n, 16a, 16b, 18d, 18m, <br />18n, 2lai, 21aiii, 23b and 23c. A motion was made by David Harrison that <br />the agenda be approved with these changes. The motion was seconded by <br />Janice Sheftel and approved unanimously (9-0). <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />Approval of Minutes <br />Tape I, Start/Stop: <br />Action: There was one <br /> <br />there was a <br /> <br />0210 - 0307 <br />correction to the September 1996 minutes: <br /> <br />IA complete record of the meeting has been made on audio cassette tapes. The tapes and the associated staff memoranda are the only legal <br />record of the meeting. These written summaries are intended only as an aid to research and a guide to the tapes. The motions described herein <br />may not necessarily represent a verbatim transcription. Agenda items are presented in numerical order, according to the Agenda for the meeting. <br />Tape numbers and approximate locations are identified for the beginning and end of each agenda item. <br /> <br />These tapes are available for listening at the ewcs during regular office hours. Arrangements to make copies of the tapes or written <br />transcripts of specific agenda items may be made at the requestor's expense. Notes from the meeting for identification of times and tapes for <br />specific agenda items can also be reviewed at the CWCS offices. <br /> <br />2Voting tallies are based on members present for voting. Members recusing themselves are identified.
