8. Stream and Lake Protection-Injury with Mitigation-Case No. 5-03CW331; Application of Table Rock
Properties, LLCn Pursuant to ISF Rule 8i.(3), the Board will be asked to conduct a preliminary review of
the proposed pre-trial resolution to determine whether the natural environment could be preserved to a
reasonable degree with the proposed injury or interference if applicant provided mitigation. This is the first
of two required meetings for the Board to approve an Injury with Mitigation proposal.) (II :20 -11:40)

9. Stream and Lake Protection Section-Proposed Cunningham Creek Flow Reduction-The Colorado
Division of Wildlife will make a presentation to the Board on its efforts to protect and restore the
Cunningham Creek population of genetically pure Colorado River Cutthroat Trout by eradicating non-
native fish in that creek. and will ask the Board to consent to a temporary flow reduction below the Board's
decreed ISF amount as a means to achieve those goals. (11:40 - 12:00)
