The purpose of this guided tour is to provide CWCB Members and CWCB Director <br />Staff and all other interested individuals the opportunity to view stream improvements made on <br />the Eagle River in and around Minturn, Colorado. The Town of Minturn has requested that the Dan McAuliffe <br />Deputy Director <br />Board consider an enlargement of its existing Instream flow water right on the Eagle River from <br />the confluence with Cross Creek to the confluence with Gore Creek (5-78CW3796). A representative of the Town <br />and engineering consultant will be present to help answer questions regarding the Town's restoration efforts as well <br />as its request for an enlargement to the Instream flow water right. This meeting will be held at the <br />Hotel Colorado, 526 Pine Street, Glenwood Springs, Colorado. <br /> <br />Although dates and times are indicated in the following agenda, the CWCB may address and take action on <br />agenda items in any order. Known changes in agenda will be announced at the beginning of the meeting. This <br />notice, any late notice(s) of additional items and most of the briefing memos prepared for the CWCB will be posted <br />either at 1313 Sherman Street, Suite 721, in the newspaper under Legal Notices or on our Internet website at: <br />www.cwcb.state.co.us <br /> <br />CWCB encourages citizens to express their views and provide information to the Board on every <br />agenda item.
